Use any part of the design to create new designs for resale or sharing. Sell the design as a digital product, icons, app/Instagram highlight covers, or in any digital format. It is your responsibility as a small business owner to research the USPTO database (or your countrys equivalent) to ensure your products do not infringe on any trademarks. By purchasing this license, you agree that: You are responsible for your own business practices. 3Blues Designs & Hazel Blues will not be held liable for trademarked phrases that may become restricted after purchase. We check our designs periodically, but phrases can be trademarked at any time so please check regularly throughout the year.
