Vintage 1940’s Japanese Folding Bamboo Purse Basket Sadly this purse is missing the original handles. Replacement handles can be purchased online or it could be used as a basket. The inside of the folding bamboo purse is stamped Made in Japan. This bamboo purse has red wooden knobs where the basket hinges. Otherwise the entire piece is in neutral colors.
