This is a round cardboard Briardale Brand Rolled Oats, paper over cardboard container. Label reads, Briardale Brand Pure Food Rolled Oats, Des Moines, Iowa. This was distributed by Grocers’ Wholesale Company, and is the 1 pound, 4 ounce size container. This vintage advertising container does not have a lid. It is in great used vintage condition with some discoloration due to age. The container would make a great decoration piece for any vintage farmhouse, or a unique gift to an advertisement collector. Measurements are, 7 1/4″ x 4 1/8″ x 4 1/8″.
