Original Framed Oil Painting On Canvas Cowboy Standing By Horse By G. DeLano | Creative Interiors Absolutely amazing western painting of a cowboy with a cigarette holding the reigns and horse horn while he stands next to the horse. This painting on canvas is framed in a nice medium oak frame with burlap detailing. Minor wear and tear on the frame. The cowboy painting is signed G. DeLano. Research shows a famous painter, Gerard Curtis Delano (1890-1972) with the same signature on his paintings. However this frame has a later date. So, not sure what the situation is. There is some minor cracking around the saddle horn, please see photos. The back of the canvas is stamped CI for Creative Interiors. The wood frame also is stamped as seen in the photos. One says Nov. 28 1983. Slid into the back of the frame is a CI Creative Interiors registration number A 065855 certificate of authenticity. Approximately 26 1/8″ x 30 1/8″
